The Diesel Power Chip or DP Chip is an interactive computer which exploits the full potential of modern EFI diesel engines. Individual programming and re-mapping of the engine management system enables this simple to fit device to increase power and torque by up to 35%.

The DPChip works by the clever interplay of engine parameters, altering fuel, timing and air characteristics to create smooth power gains. Accelerator airmass and load readings are accurately used by the DPChip to calculate and deliver the alterations to the engines own signals with digital precision and speed. All error detection systems and operational safety systems remain intact. The DPChip cannot harm the vehicles Engine Control Computer (ECU).

More power is delivered throughout the RPM range. Power is delivered lower down and this produces a more progressive power gain without sudden surges or drop-offs.

Torque or pulling power is also delivered lower down and lasts much longer throughout the RPM range. This makes the DPChip ideal for any number of applications including 4 wheel driving, towing, carrying heavy loads or just a great drive.

The DPChip is truly unique in that it can be further tuned. The DPChip allows a simple adjustment providing optimum performance for your vehicle - optimum performance also means optimum fuel economy. The DPChip can provide up to 10% better fuel economy, even on automatic vehicles achieved through more efficient and less gear changing.
